Talent Lab Process Manager

What is your future career? Process Manager?

We are Scandinavian IT Champion! For more than 40 years, KMD has played a key role in digitizing the Danish state, helping make Denmark’s public sector one of the best run, most efficient and highly digitized in the world.

After morning coffee you will:

  • assisting in one of ITIL processes management
  • responsible to creating and maintaining quick guides and process training materials
  • working together with the Tool & Data Architect regarding the tools, data, reports and definitions regarding the processes
  • driving adoption of processes with customers and other internal teams
  • investigating assigned cases through organization
  • coordinating improvement actions between Service Providers to ensure analysis and resolution actions for problems and known errors

We want you in our team if you are:

  • a student of at least 3rd years of study in technology, mathematics, physics, statistics, etc.
  • familiar with documenting and implementing processes
  • data oriented and focused on improvements
  • acquainted with presenting data (MS Excel, Power BI)
  • proficient in both English and Polish (speaking and writing)
  • able to collaborate and perform as a team player
  • determined to join the KMD Talent Lab for 5 months,months, starting in July (3 months full-time + 2 months part-time, at least 30h / week)
