    Location: Cracow

    We are looking to recruit a passionate person for Talent & Organization Development Expert (Poland & Baltics) position who has/is:

    • University Degree (Management, Human Resources)
    • at least 4 years of professional experience in developing and deploying capability building and performance management processes in a multinational organization
    • experience in creating and delivering training programs
    • command in Polish language when not native; knowledge of Lithuanian as additional asset
    • English - proficient in writing & speaking
    • ability to manage remote stakeholders & customers
    • excellent collaboration, agility & entrepreneurship
    • certification and experience with tools such as MBTI; Competency Models; Performance Management/Behavioral Assessment Tools will be a plus
    Philip Morris Polska Distribution Sp. z o.o. (PMPL-D) is seeking talented people to join our team as Talent & Organization Development Expert (Poland & Baltics) in the Production Department. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to:
    • support / manage development & deployment of capability building, talent management, organization development initiatives for two factory plants in the Cluster (Poland & Baltics)
    • support HR Managers in the preparation and analysis of performance management processes
    • participate in regional/global projects focused on talent and organization development areas
    • deliver workshops & trainings
    • suggest improvements for local and cluster processes, prepare analysis to identify trends, measure ROI & suggest improvements
    • manage external providers
    • propose all necessary solutions, tools and initiatives that are in line with the overall strategy
