    Team Assistant
    Workplace: Poznań
    The role of the Team Administrator is to provide general administration support to an office / team, reporting into either an Office Manager or an equivalent.
     
    The role will vary with specific responsibilities depending on the team/office being supported.
     
    The common responsibilities that relate to this role include but are not limited to the following:
    • Providing general administration support to the team/office as required, such as; filing, photocopying, sorting the post/deliveries, printing etc.
    • Supporting the team with their invoices raising as required and purchasing approvals
    • Booking and arranging travel arrangements for the team as necessary, such as; booking hotels, travel tickets etc
    • Entering data into various systems/databases as required
    • Organizing events for the office, maintaining Sport&Social and Charity budget,
    • Assisting with training by arranging the training schedule to ensure there are no clashes and by pulling together all pre and course administration such as welcome packs and student packs
    • Maintaining, compiling and reconciling DTS financial transactions including the petty cash, credit card and purchasing records
    • Co-ordinating customer equipment deliveries
    • Coordinating communication in the office
