    AS A TEAM MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
    :  

    • Managing a team of about 20 employees directly and through Supervisors
    • Taking initiatives to secure competence building and motivation.
    • Team members and Supervisors development (including mentoring, coaching), promotion and nurture of talents
    • Ensuring effective and consistent communication within the team, the leadership team and other peers.
    • Achieving the agreed business targets by executing business plans responsibly, timely and efficiently
    • Looking for areas for improvement and driving initiatives aimed at processes improvement & optimizing resource utilization
    • Facilitating and stimulating free flow of information and ideas within own team and across the organization; finding synergies between teams, standardization opportunities and managing workload among teams
    • Being a role model with high focus on details and outstanding quality mind-set

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience
    • Strong leadership skills with proven record of successfully leading a team of +10 FTEs
    • Experience in working for an international service company (BPO or SSC background will be an asset) or in operational environment
    • University degree, preferably business-related
    • Ability to work efficient under time pressure, securing an accurate and timely delivery  
    • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions in matrix organizational structure
    • Ability to lead change & projects; project management (e.g. Prince2, PMI) and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) familiarity would be an asset.
    • Ability to create and maintain a customer-oriented, enthusiastic and efficient working atmosphere
    • Self-starter with high risk awareness  
    • Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills
    • Fluency in English
