Your responsibilities
Cooperation with the Landlord and its maintenance staff including control of operating costs, supply and consumption of utilities, etc.
Supervision of maintenance and trouble shooting and settlement of insurance claims.
Collaborating with external companies in the execution of technical infrastructure assignments.
Making plans and controlling the implementation of inspections, renovations and investments.
Budget creation, planning and control.
Supervision of the technical side of internal transport: safety, maintenance and inspection of the fleet of transport equipment.
Conscious attitudes promoting compliance with health, safety and fire regulations.
Coordination of small project teams.
Our requirements
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Facility Management.
Engineer degree.
Communicative English language (spoken and written).
Electrical certificate.
Knowledge of current legislation on the technical operation of buildings - would be an advantage.
