    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW COLLEAGUE:
    Technical Project Coordinator

    YOU AND YOUR TEAM:

    You will join the team of 10 colleagues based in Gdynia. Your key focus will be to manage the end to end implementation process of Thomson Reuters products and services and ensure timely delivery of all aspects of technical order. You will maintain efficient communication with all internal and external participants throughout the life of technical order.
     

    WHY IS THIS JOB IMPORTANT?

    Implementation must be very well planned and performed, since it has a direct influence on delivering and maintaining legendary customer service to our clients.
     

    SOME OF DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM: 

    • Approve technical pre-requisites (quotes)
    • Prepare implementation plan
    • Contact and discuss implementation plan with the client
    • Answer to clients questions
    • Assemble project delivery team
    • Liaise with vendors and internal teams

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING: 

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and succeed in a mission critical environment
    • Ability to work with virtual teams to successfully deliver projects
    • Understanding of project management principles
    • Good knowledge of Thomson Reuters' Product range, internal systems and processes
    • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with various internal and external stake holders
    • Logical thinking/problem solving skills
    • Self motivation and a strong contribution within a team
    • Proficient English and designated languages of team / area supported
    • Ability to work under time pressure to meet the communicated targets 

    YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF: 

    • You are fluent in German
    • You have proven experience in a technical customer support or implementation role
    • You have proven experience to work independently, time management and escalation skills
    • You have experience in project management methodologies like PMI, Prince 2 etc.
