    The company is currently looking for the right candidates for the position of:

    Technical Property Manager
    Work location: Warszawa

    Role description:

    The purpose of the role is to ensure that assigned buildings and services are of the required standard and provide a safety working environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Checking technical and quality standards of managed properties.
    • Executions of technical strategies and technical procedures for subcontractors, procedures for reviewing all installations and construction of the buildings.
    • Preparing and verifying Property Preventive Maintenance Program for managed properties.
    • Controlling media management program for managed properties.
    • Advising on any technical system issues and providing recommendations for best solutions for Property Managers or Shopping Centre Directors.
    • Oversee the maintenance of the assigned properties to ensure that they are meeting required standard.
    • Supporting property managers or shopping centre director in relation to technical issues in process of:
      • tenders and negotiation contracts with suppliers,
      • reporting warranty claims,
      • preparation annual service charges budget or / and Capex budget,
      • possible applications of modern technologies in managed properties.
    • Comply with the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent English.
    • 4 years of facility or technical property management experience.
    • Knowledge of PM & FM processes.
    • Customer relationship management experience.
    • Requires a master’s degree in Engineering, preferred HVAC and ventilation systems specialization.
    • Knowledge of construction law and related facility maintenance laws.
    • Driving license (cat. B).
    • Strong Communication, negotiation and planning skills.
    • Very good analytical and IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Willingness to cooperate on the basis of B2B contract.
