Currently we are looking for a person to join our Technical Support team as a:

Technical Support Engineer
Workplace: Warszawa

This position will require excellent communication skills and the ability to solve service cases for customers/partners.


Basic tasks:

  • Technical support for ASUS customers/partners
  • Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues
  • Working with other members of the team to proactively resolve issues
  • Communication between customers/partners and HQ Technical Department via telephone and e-mail
  • Technical Forum Maintenance
  • Building knowledge base


Our expectations:

  • English – intermediate level
  • Strong focus on customer’s needs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve service cases for customers/partners
  • Relevant work experience will be a plus
  • Versatile and ability to multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated with commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in stressful situation
