Tender & Quote Specialist
Location: Warsaw

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Producing and preparation all documents including quotations for tenders for the sales force across all Business Units / Business Lines (below and above UE threshold), mainly for Equipment and Services.
  • Maintain tenders announcement and providing info to Key Account Managers
  • Preparation quotes for private customer on Key Account Managers demand
  • Coordinate Tenders in terms of cross sectors department
  • Create and maintain a total overview of all tenders
  • Pre quote activities (credit check, realization time update, etc)
  • Set priorities and ensures correct and completeness of tenders within required timeframes
  • Ensure correct and up-to-date quality documentation and coordinate timely alignment in terms of tender related issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and preparing quotes approval in dedicated tool
  • Contract Management; preparation contracts for public and private customer
  • Preparation and maintain demo contracts
  • Conduct reviews with the Q&R organization and lead the implementation of improvement actions to ensure that the relevant part of the quality system meets internal requirements and the standards & regulations stipulated by applicable external bodies

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Higher education
  • 2-3 years of related experience in quote support.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player attitude
  • Fluent in English, very good ability to use MS Office
