    Numerous regulators across the word are introducing provisions to improve transparency and reduce the risks associated with trading securities and OTC derivatives (e.g. MIFID, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, FinfraG). The objectives of our programme is to help the Investment Bank meet their regulatory requirements

    A crucial part of our execution and delivery capability is the development of a Test Utility team. This team will be based in Poland and Raleigh.

    You will join a highly valued team of talented testers and business analysts. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the bank and you will be well positioned to build a complete understanding of the front-to-back operations of a global investment bank. You will work on high profile and strategically important projects to ensure the bank's ongoing compliance with regulations as you will evolve and you will be in a position to develop a broad network of contacts across the bank. of tasks:


    • Manage testing for Regulatory Reporting UAT and regression testing
    • Work with the wider Projects team, IT, End users to design test strategies and test plans
    • Consolidate Reporting defects, tracking, validating with Testers, Business analysts and IT department
    • Report and communicate progress of testing for each release
    • Identify solutions to improve / enhance testing e.g. automation
    • Working with clients in ensuring the needed level of research is completed to accurately define the solution benefits and risks
    • Organising requirements change and maintaining requirements traceability    


    • 2-3 years of experience with software testing or business analysis
    • Good knowledge of test methodologies You are ideal candidate if you also have:
    • Experience in using HP ALM
    • Knowledge of current regulatory environment (MiFID / FinFraG/EMIR).
    • Working knowledge of investment banking products - FX, Equity, Credit, Rates & Fixed Income, Commodities and OTC Derivatives
    • Understanding Investment Bank Operations environment and business processes
