    The offer

    We are looking for an IT Tester to test and bring our unique Collateral Optimizer solution into the next generation. We are the frontrunners in this challenging business area and we use the fanciest developing tools and ideas, for which we need an IT Tester to validate our applications and test the skills of the developers.

    As an IT Tester, you’ll play an important part in implementing and ensuring quality assurance in of business-critical applications. You’ll be responsible for end to end testing of new development and regression testing existing functionalities

    Our great team is responsible for seven business critical systems. We are a good mix of both analysts and developers and we encourage a learning and sharing culture. Our focus areas are agile development methods and continuous delivery in order to secure a stable platform for our business as well as a short time to market. We primarily use Scrum supported by Jira for sprint and task management. Automated testing and good code quality are a natural part of our work. We strive to provide a balance of functional and non-functional challenges to continuously improve our products.

    What you’ll be doing:  

    • The primary duties include test analysis as well as developing test scenarios and test scripts and test execution.  
    • Reviewing and analyzing business requirements and system designs  
    • Designing, creating and maintaining both manual and automated test cases  
    • Executing tests on component, integration and system level  
    • Reporting defects and helping developers with the debugging when needed

     The role is based in our new office in Gdansk where you will be part of a local and a global team.

    Your background:  

    • Highly experienced in testing and quality assurance methodologies, test tools and best practices.  
    • Profound knowledge and understanding of agile software development and you have already worked with software testing for a few years.  
    • High level of technical skills in various IT environments
    • Excellent communication skills, as our working language are English 
    • Previous work experience with the tools used CA Agile Central (former Rally), Confluence, Splunk and Jenkins.
