Transfer Pricing Process Lead

Location: Łódź

Requirements

  • Completed University degree in Business Administration or Economics Sciences or in international shipping, forwarding or trade          
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in the business areas
  • Knowledge of Operational Controlling including Standard Costing related matters and P&L understanding                          
  • Good understanding of SAP Module knowledge (SD & MM Module - focus on following processes: PO / SO, Stock Replenishment and Triangular Sales), excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience of end-to-end process understanding, developing and optimization
  • Working experience in a Shared Serviced Center is highly preferable                                         
  • Project Management experience as an advantage
  • Ability to work to deadlines with high accuracy                                          
  • Excellent communicator able to interact with colleagues located around the world, strong team-working and relationship building skills
  • Ability to proactive issue management, process and solution orientated are critical
  • Language skills: English – fluent and good knowledge of German; knowledge of Spanish would be an asset

Responsibilities

  • Managing Transfer Pricing requests including early identification of missing TP's ex Hub and execution of Training for Order Handling
  • Ensure all the up-to-date operational procedures are maintained, documented and executed, all the operations adherence to the standardized process landscape            
  • Responsibility for Central preparation of tools to support the update of Standard Costing for products sourced from affiliates
  • Support for Global Implementation of Standard Process for update of Standard Costing for products sourced from affiliates
  • Contributing to development trough leading the implementation of quality, continuous improvement projects and coordinating operations in process improvement 
  • Conducting timely communication upon the inquiries from internal customers/concerned groups, for the operational transparency on the transactional act
  • Ensure operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities
  • Performing the daily transactional activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement acting the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape
  • Maintaining positive work relationship with members of other teams in and outside of the SSC to whom information is provided or from whom information is gathered and working closely with other team members and creating a back-up for them as per aligned back up structure
  • Assisting in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal customers and ensure customer satisfaction including respond to critical stakeholders and internal client inquiries
