    The Transition Leader is responsible for solution and execution of the Transition phase for the various transitions whether from an Incumbent or Internally from the Markets. The Transition Manager acts as Project Manager to drive the Internal clients and the transition team through the transformation of clients to the agreed Company Model. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of GBS projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.


    • lead the Local Transition Project Management Office
    • coordinate Transition work-streams activities
    • ensure local compliance to wider Programme Processes and Governance as defined by the Programme Management Office and Programme Lead
    • manage the Integrated Transition Project Plan, tracking all pre go live work streams, including IT, tools and application deployment
    • maintain the RAID (Risk, Action, Issues, Dependencies Log)
    • identify and monitor all local dependencies where they impact programme deliverables (eg Customer Services Projects dependency on accommodation)
    • monitor the Transition staffing and financial plan to ensure it stays within the wider programme business case
    • report to GBS and Programme Leadership on local Transition progress
    • act as the single point of contact and escalation for all transition related activities
    • manage the transition and deliver within time and cost committed
    • communicate the transition schedule and status to the engagement team; the delivery team and client
    • drive/manage subcontractors/third party providers required for transition
    • ensure customer understands their responsibility in transition
    • participate in setting realistic customer expectations for services being provided
    • participate in setting transition expectations with customer (i.e. processes, measurements and services, going through discovery phase, with the that no surprises will be encountered)
    • responsible for cost management of the transition budget
    • initiate and maintain all support documentation associated with the transition
    requirements:
    • willingness to travel - domestic & internationals up to 30%
    • master’s or bachelor’s Degree
    • fluent verbal and written English is a must
    • experience in transitoned at least 2 proceses end to end and also have experience in leading processes like O2C,P2P, procurement etc.
    • communication, teamwork, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility and strong problem solving
    • consistent supervisory skills required to lead and develop a small team; must lead by example
