  • Dispatch requests and organize team work;
  • Contact customers for clarifications;
  • Independent, timely and accurate processing of translation requests;
  • Proofread documents and presentations to ensure they meet quality standards;
  • Participate in team activities and initiatives.

Core competencies and skills: 

  • English language skills: min. B2;
  • German language skills: min. B2;
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written);
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Analytical, planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to collaborate and be a team player;
  • Strategic mindset (e.g. forecasting) and ability to manage complexity;
  • Good at problem solving (e.g. providing options/alternative solutions);
  • Experience in translations: beneficial.
