    EY Technology team maintains and enhances EY’s IT infrastructure and works for our internal clients across the globe. You will work with EY locations, supporting our service lines and key business processes or be part a dedicated IT team handling cross-organizational initiatives and transformational projects.
    Videoconferencing and Telepresence Coordinator

    This position will support the global videoconference and telepresence service and deployments. The primary function will be to lead the complex logistical and administrative coordination of videoconferencing and telepresence installations across EY. This will include working with onsite representatives, various vendors and project managers from concept and consultation through to the production readiness of systems. The position is also responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of these systems and service.
    Daily duties will include problem resolution and following up with vendors of reported issues and maintaining adherence to stated delivery timelines. You will also act as a key escalation point for stakeholders and users of the service.
    • Knowledge sharing among key stakeholders
    • Support the Telepresence Lead on the creation of documentation and the definition of processes and procedures
    • Meeting with the Engineering team to strategize service enhancements
    • Reviewing and updating existing documentation, policies and procedures
    • Working with key stakeholders on service improvements around scheduling, reporting etc.
    • Incident escalation/resolution guidance
    • Communication and alignment with other teams internal and external to IT Services
    • Conflict resolution
    • Performance management – service
    • Project management
    • Knowledge transfer to the other team members

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Degree at university level
    • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience in the video conferencing and telepresence space
    • Substantial experience in various aspects of vendor management and project management
    • Experience and knowledge of the conferencing, A/V and unified communications industries and vendors
    • Experience in working with multiple countries and an ability to interact with different cultures
    • Ability to drive changes successfully and to keep people motivated in a highly changing environment
    • Demonstrated skills in developing actionable roadmaps and implementing these efficiently
    • Very good understanding of key performance indicators relevant for the role
    • Key experience in vendor SLA’s
    • Service oriented as well as task-oriented
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
