Your role

Do you have a passion for working in the End User Workspace Engineering? Do you want to define the way our organisation operates? Do you enjoy working with people, data and numbers? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us deliver excellent engineering practices across the organization to ensure we consistently deliver products of high quality to support the business, security, and regulatory requirements by:

  • Investment Planning and Execution
  • Solution and Product Risk
  • Meeting regulatory requirements and be Audit ready at all times
  • Requirements Management
  • Engineering process Design – AGILE/SCRUM/IPTO/PTX
  • Workforce and Workflow Management
  • Solution and Product Roadmaps

Your team

You will be leading the End User Workspace Engineering Practices team, part of Technology Services. Our role is to provide secure and reliable End User platforms that are used across the organization. In addition to the Engineering responsibilities we manage the product roadmaps, strategies and costs. We have team members in UK, USA, Switzerland, Poland, India and Singapore.

Your experience and skills

  • a university degree in business or finance management, computer science, engineering or equivalent professional certifications
  • a good understanding of computer systems, software and the technical industry jargon, especially in the end user technology space.
  • are eager to work in an English Speaking Global Team.
  • comfortable with financial forecasting, budgeting and accrual accounting
  • understanding of finance and cost management
  • thrives in a multi-cultural environment
  • happy to present technical information in a simplified format, such as roadmaps, to a wide group of stakeholders
  • experience in AGILE and SCRUM methodologies and managing small to medium teams
  • previous experience working in complex infrastructure projects
  • a background in the financial industry, or similar enterprise environments
  • the ability to analyse, explain and document methodically
